Paris equals pancakes !

I do not know if you saw my post with the top places in Paris where I ate good, good, very good!

What do you do on a certain day, when you've seen almost everything in Paris (because you always find new places) and ticked everything that was important to visit?   You go back to the start.

It's like it's raining or like it's not raining... We've taken it by foot to the Eiffel Tower. We as in my mother and me, by the way. And we climbed the stairs to the last level, right before the top. We did not go to the top. It was so empty! Like we rented the Eiffel Tower.

Wonderful!

I took full advantage and made a lot of pictures, videos, landscapes, boomerangs, etc..

Theeen we walked down to Boulogne. I mean ... a lot. 5,4 km/5,5 km/ 5,8 km...That's what Google Maps says. AAAAA lot ! And we got hungry. What was good and perfect for a late afternoon lunch? PAAANCAKES. Why ? Because.... pancaaaakes ?! :D

I am telling you nothing; I am just showing it to you.   First, maximum happiness!

This is the local, traditional drink, suitable and indispensable when you eat pancakes. Apple cider, that's pretty much for 2 people, but it ends until you figure out whether it tastes like apple, beer or both. It's so cool to drink it from the little bowl!

Mother: salted pancakes with I-don't-know-what-but-tasty sour cream, cheese and smoked salmon. I (who did the boomerangs): salted pancakes with chicken and potatoes, the same I-don't-know-what-but-tasty sour cream.

DESSEEEEERRRTTTTTT

The flaming pancake with ninja fire - because it was too light and we could not see it, but could feel it. Chocolate, ice cream, whipped cream, almond flakes and alcohol. Lots of it, apparently!

Good, tasty, we swollen our bellies, we rested ... but we still had a loong way to go home!

We continued our journey.   We walked alongside Sena, took pictures of the empty streets, discovered new places, we laughed so hard, with our mouths from ear to ear for all sorts of my mother's French-Romanian words, words or expressions. Truly hilarious sometimes...s.a.m.d.

We've gotten home well and if you think the pancakes were enough, you've got a bad deal. We got home - at the corner of the street home - because we did not stop until we finished our adventure with a glass of green, cold and welcome mojito !

And until we came to throw ourselves in bed and to cry about our hurting feet...we got hungry...again.

Ah, ofcours, we celebrated with a glass of red wine (because we deserved it) !
