Row, row, row your boat Gently down the stream Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily Life is but a dream
This song came to my mind exactly when I wrote the title. And it sticked now....
So, Roberta tells you about her trips? Now let me tell you about mine!
It's Stefan here, her badass boyfriend *evil face*
My father is super in love with seafaring and this time he took me with him in an easier, but so hot, adventure on the Aegean Sea. I present you the Regatta, in our way!

#Aegina, The Pistachio Island
First day, we sailed from Aegina to Poros. The wind was not very intense, so we could not navigate too much... We used the engine more. The trip lasted for several hours. We passed Moni Island and right away, the Agistri Island where you will find many dolphins that bounce through the water. Apparently they like heavy metal music and I say that because of all our three boats, the dolphins swam only next to ours *evil laughter*.
One of the boats broke down and we had to pull it up to Poros, but we had lots of fun anyways.
For the first time, I've sailed !
Food in Aegina
Greek food is among the best, that's why I will not tell you much about it because anyone knows that everything is about seafood: octopus, calamari, shrimps, fish and Greek Salad. Greece is also recognized for Tzatziki and the tasty Gyros. Food is also very cheap compared to other European countries - imagine that 21 people had plenty to eat and drank endless glasses of wine with only 300-350 euros in total.
Do not forget the pistachio kiosks where you find ANYTHING made of pistachios. The pistachio Nutella, how about that?
Look how the pistachio grows

#Poros, two in one
Poros is a small island composed of two islands called Sphairia and Kalavria linked to a small bridge. The island is very close to the mainland, separating only 200m of water. It is built on a hill made of volcanic stone. The architecture is 100% Greek, with white and blue boxes. Poros is a very good place to stop, to eat something, and to walk around the island's streets, but you have to stop for ice cream! Just next to the docks, find a small place where they have all the ice cream flavours you can think of and everything tastes good ... I strongly recommend strawberry and chocolate sorbet .... or if you want something more fresh try melon.
Here all the taverns serve fresh fish because it is a fishermen's village. Among the tastiest fish you can try: red snapper, hawk & bass.
This look so unreal...wow

This time we are talking about a small town without many tourist attractions, but with many oranges. It has some small restaurants near the sea with super good food and some souvenir shops. A beautiful, amazing thing to visit while you are here is the Ancient Theater of Epidavros. Do not forget to sit on that large and round stone right in the middle of the theater. When you sit there and start talking very loud ... you will realize how many things the Greek Scientists knew!

#Ermioni Island, the refuge of wealthy people
It is located in the Peloponnese Peninsula and offers a stunning view from high to the sea and the surroundings. Taverns serve very good food, I will not recommend one because they all offer delicious dishes. In the Gulf of Ermioni you will see many luxurious yachts, and this is one of the reasons why they call it The Rich Men's Refuge.
Also, if you got here, be sure to visit the posting here about Thassos, if you want to see other parts of Greece.
